Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold your items and place them in the original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are still attached and the garment is free of marks.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return at the warehouse, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
